3D printing technology offers endless possibilities, one of which is printing structures onto existing surfaces. This master's thesis focuses on developing an algorithm to generate G-code for printing structures onto existing surfaces. Depending on the desired difficulty level, the thesis tackles two scenarios: where the existing surface is known and where the existing surface must be measured using tools such as Lidar or sensor. The developed system is then implemented into an open-source slicer program, marking a significant advancement in the 3D printing field.
