One of the key requirements for proper signal acquisition in high-frequency vibration measurements is sufficient sampling rate. This can be challenging, especially in measurements based on digital images, due to the limitations of high-speed camera technology. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the suitability of motion interpolation methods for increasing the number of images captured by a digital camera and identifying precise structural displacements in mechanical vibrations.
This topic can be further expanded into a master's thesis.
